Locus Labs (LOCUS SRL) is an automated regulatory compliance software provider (RegTech) and is NOT a law firm. Use of locuslabs.tech, the 12-question deterministic architecture compiler, or any generated .DOCX / .MD / .JSON templates does not create an attorney-client relationship or constitute formal legal representation.

Where a customer purchases the optional "Certified Partner DPO & EU Legal Sign-Off" add-on, the pre-compiled technical dossier is transmitted via encrypted webhook to an independent, licensed European technology law firm or certified Data Protection Officer (DPO), who executes a direct engagement letter with the customer.

Consumer dispute resolution rules do not apply to B2B contracts.

All legal relations between LOCUS SRL and commercial customers are governed by the laws of the European Union and Romania, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
