Scope of the Locus Labs Platform

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of locuslabs.tech, operated by LOCUS SRL ("Locus Labs"). By running an architecture audit, purchasing a Single Audit Pack (€499), or subscribing to Growth Compliance OS (€299/mo) or Agency / Multi-Product (€799/mo), Customer agrees to these Terms on behalf of the commercial entity it represents.

Automated RegTech Software & No Attorney-Client Relationship

Locus Labs provides deterministic statutory rule mapping and automated document compilation software. Locus Labs is not a law firm and does not provide formal legal representation or legal advice.

All generated .DOCX, .MD, and .JSON documents are structured regulatory drafts based strictly on the architecture facts supplied by Customer. Customer’s designated officer, CTO, or legal counsel remains responsible for verifying the accuracy of factual inputs prior to signing or filing documents with enterprise buyers or authorities.

External Partner DPO & EU Legal Sign-Off Add-On (€2,500)

When Customer orders the optional "Certified Partner DPO & EU Legal Sign-Off" service, Locus Labs transmits Customer’s generated compliance dossier to an independent, vetted European technology law firm or certified external Data Protection Officer.

The independent partner law firm conducts the formal legal review and issues the legal opinion or DPO stamp directly to Customer under the partner firm’s professional indemnity insurance.

EU Data Act Chapter VI Zero-Egress & Switching Guarantee

In full compliance with Articles 23, 25, and 29 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (EU Data Act), Customer may export all assessment records, compliance policies, and Trust Center manifests in open, machine-readable formats (.DOCX, .MD, .JSON) at any time with zero switching charges and zero network egress fees.
